David has been managing AV projects in the trades for over a decade. He watched what could have been a great company fail because the systems and the strategies weren't in place. He pitched the fixes. They took the ideas. Then they fired him.

That could have been the end of the story. Instead, it was the start of Uptick DSM. If they wouldn't let him save their business, he'd build his own — and help other small business owners avoid the same fate.

Uptick DSM started as a single consulting offer. It's grown into a family of brands that all share one principle: multiple independent income streams — for us, and for the people we serve. Some are services. Some are products. Some are creative work. All of them are part of the same mission.
